Bitia Kuri Chavez Bermudez is the Co-Founder of a food waste startup, Sinba sura SAC. Based on the idea of a circular economy and a world without trash, Sinba sura SAC works to transform food waste into high quality animal feed. Bitia previously worked for ProAmbiente as an advisor on the development of innovative environmental and biodiversity projects. She holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the Universidad Nacional de San Antonio Abad del Cusco.
