Aisha Karim joins Meridian after completing her Bachelor of Arts in Government and International Politics at George Mason University. During her undergraduate studies, Aisha served as a Research Assistant, working independently on projects relating to political violence, government, and international politics. She interned at CCDA Migration and Refugee Services, where she worked closely with Afghan refugees, assisting clients with their health needs, advocating on their behalf, and providing Urdu interpretation. With regional coursework on East Asia, the Middle East and North Africa, Aisha comes to Meridian with a deep interest in Public Diplomacy. She is also a native Arabic speaker.
