What’s the American Dream?
This video is the production of participants on the U.S. Department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) on New and Traditional Broadcast Media in March-April, 2017. This project sought to examine the history, structure, and function of broadcasting in the United States, and addressed the influence of radio, television, cable, and new technologies in a pluralistic, decentralized, and democratic society. Participants in a city split segment that visited Greensboro, North Carolina produced this video to report on their project.
