The host for this interview is Ambassador Jim Rosapepe, who represented the US in Romania from 1998 to 2001. The guest is Ambassador Donald McHenry. Recently retired, Ambassador McHenry was a Professor in the Practice of Diplomacy in the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University. Before teaching at Georgetown, Ambassador McHenry was the US Permanent Representative to the United Nations. He has also held a variety of positions in the State Department, as well as fellowships with the Brookings Institution and the Council on Foreign Relations.
