Summary of Position:
The Senior Associate, IVLP Collaborative Services (Sr. Associate) supports Meridian’s administration of the IVLP CS award, which is carried out in conjunction with the Office of International Visitors in the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the U.S. Department of State.
Under supervision of the Director, and in close communication with the full CS team, this position is responsible for administrative, logistical, and financial arrangement of award activities. The Sr. Associates maintains program budgets, serves as an adviser to CS associates, and maintains program impact data and success stories.
This position is located in Washington D.C. and Meridian requires MD, DC, or VA residence for all employees. The position may work partially remotely until further notice. Effective January 4, 2022, all Meridian staff are required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, unless a reasonable medical or religious accommodation is approved.
