Employment Status: NON-EXEMPT (eligible for overtime) – this position is essential and may be required to work during an emergency closing

Summary of Position:
Under the supervision of the Director, Facilities, this role will provide skilled maintenance and minor repairs for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance of historic facilities, grounds, and gardens. The position also serves as key player in the set-up, maintenance, breakdown, logistics, and security of events. Ability to work part-time and during weekend shifts (both Saturdays and Sundays) a plus.
This position is located in Washington D.C. and Meridian requires MD, DC, or VA residence for all employees. Effective January 4, 2022, all Meridian staff are required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, unless a reasonable medical or religious accommodation is approved.
