Diversity and Inclusion in the Corporate Space

This MeridianOnline program will examine corporate diversity practices in the U.S. and delve into challenges that resonate universally, like the gender gap in executive positions and building sustainable leadership pipelines for underrepresented groups. Featuring Management Leadership for Tomorrow founder and CEO John Rice and United Airlines Executive Chairman Oscar Munoz, this session will explore how Management Leadership for Tomorrow is working with leading organizations to transform leadership pipelines and setting the industry standard with the MLT Black Equity at Work Certification, a first-of-its-kind roadmap for employers. Furthermore, attendees will learn about Oscar Munoz's commitment to diversifying United Airlines' and their Core4 training program that aims to cultivate compassion and care in its global workforce. Moderated by Edelman U.S. Chief Operating Officer Lisa Ross, this session will also include best practices for harnessing diversity, how to establish accountability systems, and how organizations can work to build a more diverse and inclusive workplace.
