Sirius Torijano is the Founder of Narguila, a Colombian management and cultural events company. Focused on helping independent Colombian artists earn a living and showcase their talents, Narguila has promoted more than 800 young artists’ careers and hosted more than 500 cultural events. Sirius is also an Adviser to the Cultural Committee of the Fundación Santa Fé de Bogotá. He has a Bachelor´s degree in Music from the National University of Colombia and has received an Honors diploma from the Piura University of Perú.
