Karen Ramirez is the Founder and General Manager of Belize Pick and Eat Express, a restaurant that provides affordable, timely, tasty, and healthy local meals and desserts in Belize City. Prior to opening her restaurant, Karen was the General Manager at Belize Orchid Trends, providing unique fashion to young women, expectant mothers, and newborns. She also spent several years teaching in Taiwan. Karen holds a BA in Business Management and an MA in International Relations and Security Management from Ming Chuan University.
