Julio César Pineda is the Founder and President of Desde Cero, a project that provides financial education to Hondurans. In addition to giving trainings and conferences on personal finance, Desde Cero offers complimentary financial advising. Julio currently works in the Accounting and Budget department of the Central American Bank of Economic Integration. He has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana (UNITEC) and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the same institution.
