Greg Sutton graduated from Elon University in 2014, where he majored in Political Science and International Studies and minored in Peace and Conflict Studies. Greg served as a Model U.N. delegate at Elon and was secretary of Phoenix Pals, a campus organization that facilitates the American college campus experience for international exchange students at the University. Greg previously interned with the Office of Press and Communications at the U.S. Embassy of France in Washington, DC; spent the Spring 2013 semester studying abroad in Istanbul; and held a six-month Virtual Student Foreign Service internship with the Department of State, in which he worked virtually with high school students in Côte d’Ivoire to promote international exchange through study abroad. Prior to joining Meridian, Greg interned at International Focus, Inc., the Global Ties U.S. Community Based Member in Raleigh, North Carolina. Greg has worked as an English-immersion camp counselor in both France and Turkey. He is fluent in French and conversant in Spanish and Turkish.
