Darwin Mellado is the Founder and Director of Manka Restaurant, a food and beverage company that promotes the traditional cuisine, art, and folklore of Cusco. He has previous experience working as an industrial engineer and business analyst. Darwin has a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Services Marketing from the Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola and a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Andina del Cusco.
