Constentina Hamilton is the Founder and President of Proserpina AgTech, a business dedicated to improving the profitability of farming through the use of agribusiness strategies, green technology, and renewable energy. Constentina has also worked at the Bahamas Agriculture and Marine Science Institute at the Ministry of Agriculture of the Bahamas, designing greenhouses and overseeing farmer development programs. She holds a BA in Agribusiness and Environmental Resource Management from the University of the West Indies.
