AREAS OF INTEREST: Youth and Education on HIV/AIDS – Bernard has led numerous volunteer programs on HIV/AIDS and currently volunteers visiting villages throughout The Gambia to work with AIDS patients.

Bernard works with Gambia AIDS Service, and is also a student at University of The Gambia, pursuing a degree in Accounting.

Voice of the Young is a children's rights network, which advocates for youth under the age of 18, primarily via radio programs and talks on how youth can be most respectful and responsible to their parents and community.
