Alex Amaya is the Founder and CEO of Successful Decision, a company based in Costa Rica that aims to revolutionize the management of human talent through innovation, leadership, happiness, and accessibility. He has had previous managerial experience working for VXI Global Solution, Grupo Almo, and Teleperformance. He has a Master's in Business Administration from the Instituto Superior de Economía y Administración de Empresas (ISEADE) and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Centroamericana. He also has a specialization in Human Resources from INCAE Business School.
