Aishwarya Raje graduated from Johns Hopkins University in May 2016 with a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies and Spanish. During her senior year of college, Aishwarya held the position of Editor-in-Chief of Américas: the Johns Hopkins University Journal of Latin American Studies, where she managed a team of 15 editors and public relations representatives. She also founded Youth Compass Collective, a monthly workshop series for asylee youth designed to help them assimilate to life in the United States.  Aishwarya has significant past internship experience working as a Research Intern at the Argentine Network for International Cooperation, as an Asylee Case Management Intern at the International Rescue Committee, and most recently as a Research Intern with the Center for Strategic and International Studies.  She spent a semester studying abroad in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Aishwarya is fluent in Marathi and proficient in Spanish and Hindi.
