Frank joined Meridian in 2005 as a Program Associate. A native of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, Frank holds a Master of Public Policy degree from American University as well as a BA in Political Science from the University of Rhode Island. While an undergrad, Frank spent a semester studying International Relations and Portuguese at the Pontifícia Universidade Catolíca in São Paulo, Brazil. His previous work experience includes internships with the District Office of U.S. Representative Jim Langevin and the American Council of Young Political Leaders (ACYPL).
