Andrew programs extensively for international professionals through the Office of Broadcast Services, Foreign Press Center, U.S. Embassies, and other private clients. He has previously coordinated multi-year development grants in Iraq, Iran, and the West Bank and continues to program the annual U.S. Congress – Korean National Assembly Exchange Program. He also serves as an officer for Meridian International Center managing their visitors in the Department of Homeland Security’s Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS). Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Oklahoma. During his undergraduate studies, he was selected to attend The George Washington University’s prestigious Semester in Washington through the Native American Political Leadership Program.
