Meridian International Center, in association with The Embassy of France, presented a two-day symposium in celebration of the 250th anniversary of the birth of Le Marquis de Lafayette and the election of Nicolas Sarkozy as the new President of France. The symposium will provide a unique opportunity to take “a fresh look” at “the exceptional relationship between the people of America and France.”
