International Exhibitions

Foreign understanding of American culture necessitates direct interaction. While international visitors to the U.S. have the opportunity to see our nation firsthand, those who do not visit are provided such an opportunity by Meridian’s International Exhibitions.

Meridian organizes exhibitions of paintings, photographs, sculptures, videos, and crafts that reflect various aspects of American culture and circulates them abroad. This artwork simultaneously reveals the intricacies of American life to other countries and strengthens America’s ties with the world.

Meridian’s past and present exhibitions touring internationally:

The U.S. Department of State has commissioned six copies of Meridian’s successful exhibition chronicling the travels of America’s renowned jazz ambassadors to tour internationally for four years.
